Got Wheelchair Accessible room with smart TV and heating, as example as expected. The food choices were delicious. Location: the hotel was close enough to Gwanggyo Lake Park and a lively area and Suwon City Hall and Ingye-ro👍😀👌

the location is marvellous and they have parking onsite. walking to suwon city hall subway station takes about 5 minutes. the hotel staff is amicable and really kind.

Near the subway station, this hotel is in a buzzing location with a good selection of eating places. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with great hotel facilities.

the room was new, clean, and spacious with all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect for our city break with plenty of restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions within walking distance. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast and the free parking was a great bonus.
The noise from the street and surrounding areas was quite loud at all hours of the night, making it difficult to sleep. the bed was also a bit firm for our liking.

You'll wake up to a delicious breakfast spread and stunning views of the city.
The room walls could use a bit of touch-up paint to cover up past decorations.

The hotel had a great location, which made it easy to get around the city and enjoy the local festivities during the xmas holidays. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a smart TV, which was great for late night entertainment. Plus, the air purifier in the room was definitely a bonus.
The downside to staying at this hotel during the xmas holidays was the lack of holiday decorations and atmosphere. It felt more like a regular stay instead of a xmas experience.

Spacious room with convenient features like a big TV and bedside light switches. Reliable WiFi and diverse breakfast options. Helpful and courteous staff. Convenient grocery store next door.
